Drug Formulation
5 jin of Hua Rui Shi (crushed to the size of a soapberry), 6 liang of sulfur (crushed to the size of a soapberry).

Processing
Take a porcelain bowl; first layer it with Hua Rui Shi, then layer it with sulfur, alternating layers until all ingredients are used. Cover the top with duck’s-tongue grass. Seal the seams of the container with red cinnabar paste, then reinforce the seal with salt mud to ensure there are no gaps. Place the container on a new brick and calcine it over a charcoal fire (2 jin) until the mass has reduced by one-third. Gradually remove the charcoal, take out the container, and bury it in a pit overnight.then grind it into a fine powder.

Instructions for Use
For severe knife wounds, apply the medicine to the wound; the blood will turn into yellow fluid. Apply the medicine again, and the patient will recover and feel no further pain;For a woman on the verge of death from postpartum blood fainting, if her chest feels warm, immediately administer 1 qian of the medicine mixed with a child’s urine; this will expel foul blood resembling slices of pig liver, and she will never suffer from blood-related disorders for the rest of her life; if there is blood above the diaphragm, it will turn into yellow fluid and be vomited out or excreted with urine, and she will recover;If a person is gored by an ox and the intestines protrude but remain intact, quickly push them back in, suture the wound with white mulberry bark, apply the medicine to the suture line—the patient will recover immediately—and ensure the dressing is completely sealed with no gaps; if there is internal pain caused by blood entering the viscera, boil children’s urine with a small amount of wine, mix 1 qian of the decoction, and administer it.
