Cinnabar (ground and washed with water) 1 jin, white beeswax 1 jin.

Processing
First, finely chop the white wax. In a copper vessel, bring clear wine to a boil, then add the wax to the wine. Wait until the wax has melted, then place the vessel in cold water. Stir continuously with a willow wood whisk over low heat until it simmers into a paste. Remove it and place it in a non-porous porcelain container, then roll it into pills the size of a paulownia seed.
Instructions for Use
Take 10 pills at a time, washed down with warm water. One dose will suppress hunger for 21 days; another dose will suppress hunger for one month; a third dose will suppress hunger for 100 days. After these three doses, take one dose every 100 days.If you feel thirsty after taking the medicine, drink one bowl of cold water. Continue taking it for over a year, and you will feel light and healthy, live a long life without aging, and no longer feel hungry. If you wish to eat, first boil some lightly seasoned mallow and eat it once; then you may resume your normal daily diet without any issues.
