1 jin of Atractylodes macrocephala (remove the skin and root stalk; place on glutinous rice and steam for half an incense stick’s duration; do not release the steam; sun-dry; grind into powder), 6 liang of Mulberry Parasite (authentic specimens are those that naturally contract; ensure no traces of copper or iron are visible; grind into powder), 8 liang of Sichuan Eucommia (roast to remove the fibers; grind into powder), 8 liang of Ginseng (roast; grind into powder), 6 liang of Poria cocos (raw; grind into powder).

Split 1 jin of jujubes open, boil them in a continuous stream of water to extract the juice, and form it into pills the size of a Paulownia seed. Sun-dry them to remove residual heat, then store in honey, ensuring the container remains airtight.
