Processing

Finely chop the herbs, decoct three times in water, filter in batches to remove the residue, combine the filtrates, and simmer over low heat until concentrated to a paste-like consistency—to the point where it does not seep through paper. Mix each liang of the concentrated liquid with 1 liang of refined honey to form a paste.

Take 5 qian per dose, twice daily, dissolved in hot water.
