Drug Formulation

Camphor, musk, clove buds, and the brain of a rabbit caught in the twelfth lunar month.

Processing

Pound the rabbit brain with the other ingredients to form pills. If fresh brain is unavailable, mix with rice water; coat with gold leaf, and form into pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take with wine, broth, or rice water when labor begins.
