1 liang of Huai Shu Di, 4 qian of Cornus officinalis fruit, 4 qian of Chinese yam, 3 qian of Poria cocos, 3 qian of Moutan bark, 3 qian of Alisma orientale, 2 qian of ginseng, and 2 qian of deer antler (or deer antler gelatin may be used instead).
