Ginseng (sliced) 5 qian, White Atractylodes 5 qian, Prepared Rehmannia 5 qian, Angelica Root (sliced) 3 qian, Asparagus Root 3 qian, Goji Berries 3 qian, Cypress Seed Kernels 2 qian 5 fen, Polygala Root 2 qian 5 fen.

Processing
Place the above herbs in a loose silk bag and steep them in 5 jin of high-quality, ash-free wine in a porcelain jar for one fu.

Instructions for Use
Drink one cup warm each morning, noon, and evening. If, during the hot summer months, the mixture spoils easily and cannot be taken for an extended period, divide the herbs into five portions; for each dose, soak in 1 jin of wine and consume as desired—this is also effective. If the wine is nearly finished but the herbs still retain their flavor, add more wine and continue soaking. Once the mixture becomes bland and flavorless after a single dose, there is no need to soak it further.
