Drug Formulation
Half a liang of white aconite root (roasted, inner core only), half a liang of wood fragrant, 3 fen of earthworm, half a liang of cardamom (peeled), 30 dried scorpions, half a liang of cinnamon bark (inner core only), 2 liang of Coptis (cleaned), half a liang of rhubarb (raw), half a liang of platycodon root, half a liang of evodia fruit (fried with wheat bran), half a liang of peony root,Chuanxiong half liang (cleaned), Anemarrhena rhizome half liang, White silkworm pupae 3 fen (straight ones), White wild sesame seeds (kernels only) half liang, Poria cocos half liang, Angelica sinensis half liang, Areca nuts 2 (1 raw, 1 cooked), Soapberry half liang (raw, peeled), Ginseng half liang,2 liang of croton seed (peeled, soaked in fresh water daily for 14 days, then boiled in wheat bran water for 1 day, and finely ground into a powder).

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; then add the croton seeds and grind them together in a mortar until uniform. Transfer the mixture to a porcelain container, seal it tightly, and store in a warm place for 7 days.

Instructions for Use
Take 1 character per dose, with the following decoctions: for sudden stroke, mix with wine made from sheep’s marrow; for dizziness, mix with chrysanthemum wine; for bloody dysuria, mix with rhubarb decoction; for pain in the lower back and knees, mix with vinegar decoction; for a stillborn fetus, mix with cinnamon bark and mercury decoction—take two doses to induce expulsion;For hemoptysis, take it with bamboo shavings decoction; for intestinal wind affecting the lower back and perineum, mix the natural juice of Fanliu grass with hot wine, and also mix oak leaf ash with wine to take it; for pinworm infestation, first eat dried beef, then take it with Wuqi decoction; for cholera with vomiting and diarrhea, take it with freshly drawn well water; for pulmonary asthma, take it with apricot kernel decoction; for all types of phlegm in children, take it with rice gruel;For food and alcohol-induced conditions, take with ginger and jujube decoction; for women’s blood and qi disorders, take with warm wine; for cold blood, take with mugwort decoction; for eye pain, take with chrysanthemum decoction; for hernia, take with anise decoction; for the five types of dysuria, take with akebia decoction; for malaria, take with garlic and wine decoction; for chronic cold, take with pepper decoction; for amenorrhea, take with hot wine; for red vaginal discharge and dysentery, take with bean decoction;white vaginal discharge: take with mugwort decoction; food stagnation: take with tangerine peel decoction; abdominal pain: take with peach kernel decoction; malnutrition and similar conditions: take with rice gruel; postpartum conditions: take with warm wine (same as for difficult labor); convulsions: take with scorpion tail decoction mixed with a small amount of urine; red and white dysentery: take with dried ginger and licorice decoction;For white dysentery, take with Atractylodes Decoction; for red dysentery, take with Sanguisorba Decoction; for internal heat, take with Ephedra Decoction; for “ghost arrow” (a type of arrowhead), take with Peach Amulet Decoction; for children’s nasal congestion, take with honey decoction; for lacquer poisoning, take with pepper decoction; for “tiger wind” causing pain in the foot tendons and bones, take with a decoction made from the ashes of a painted lion;For mental confusion, take with a decoction of gold and silver; for urinary dribbling in women, take with a decoction of mallow leaves; for red eyes, take with a decoction of licorice; for pain and numbness in the lower back and knees, take with a decoction of Achyranthes; for difficulty swallowing, take with a decoction of tangerine peel; for lung qi disorders, take with a decoction of gecko; for alternating chills and fever, take with a decoction of willow twigs; for a child who has accidentally swallowed a coin, take with a decoction of talcum powder;For painful urinary disorders, take with gourd decoction; for food stagnation above the diaphragm, take with light bamboo leaf decoction; for heat-toxin wind, take with gardenia decoction; for lower back pain, take half a qian with ginger and jujube decoction; for unstoppable diarrhea caused by accidental ingestion of mercury powder, take with decocted black lead decoction; for women with blood deficiency leading to jaundice and emaciation, take with cassia and jujube decoction—black blood discharge indicates recovery, while fresh blood discharge indicates the condition remains untreated;For the Five Exhaustions, after taking Pig Gallbladder Decoction for 7 days, the condition is cured if fresh blood flows from the nose; if black blood is present, it is untreatable; for a child with Tian Diao Feng, mix the ash of burned cicada shells with urine and administer the mixture.
