Chinese Name : 赤箭汤
Drug Formulation
2 liang of Red Arrow, 2 liang of Ephedra (with roots and nodes removed), 2 liang of Black Aconite (roasted), 2 liang of Ginseng, 2 liang of Xanthii Rhizoma, 2 liang of Fangfeng (without forked branches), 2 liang of Qianghuo, 2 liang of White Atractylodes, and 3 liang of Angelica sinensis.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a powder the size of wheat or beans. Take half a liang per dose; soak in 3 sheng of water overnight, then seal the container tightly.

For hemiplegia, uncoordinated limbs, arthralgia and pain, and mental confusion.
Instructions for Use
In the morning, decoct over low-to-medium heat; reduce the decoction by one-third, add one fen of fresh ginger, and boil for 5–6 boils. Strain out the residue, add half a he of wine, and simmer together for about three cycles. Divide into two doses and take three times daily, regardless of the time.
