Processing

Grind the ingredients into a powder, insert it into the turtle’s neck, and secure it crosswise with a hemp rope. Ensure the head does not protrude; wrap the face tightly, and seal the exterior with a mixture of salt and mud. Calcine over a fire until thoroughly red-hot, then remove, grind into a powder, and mix with refined honey to form pills.
