Chinese Name : 家传秘捶红膏药
Drug Formulation
1 liang of Qianjin seed pulp, 4 liang of castor bean pulp, 1 liang of peach kernels, 1 liang of apricot kernels, and 1 liang of aged Euphorbia pulcherrima seed pulp.

Processing
Pound all the above ingredients into a paste, then add 1 qian of gamboge, 1 qian of toad venom, 3 qian of powdered frankincense, and 3 qian of myrrh. Mix thoroughly, then pound in colophony until the consistency is just right. Add 1 liang of camphor, dragon’s blood, and cinnabar for color, and melt over a water bath.

Instructions for Use
Apply as a poultice to the affected area.
