Drug Formulation
Raw Pinellia (Nanxing) 8 liang, Raw Fangfeng 4 liang, Raw Duhuo 2 liang, Raw Aconite (Fuzi, with skin and navel removed) 2 liang, Whole Scorpion (lightly roasted) 2 liang, Raw Licorice (Gancao) 2 liang.

Benefits
For stroke with phlegm-induced syncope, profuse salivation, confusion, convulsions of the hands and feet, hemiplegia, as well as gout affecting the joints and tightness and spasms of the tendons and meridians.
Instructions for Use
Coarsely crush the ingredients. Take 4 qian per dose; add 2 large bowls of water and 20 slices of fresh ginger. Decoct until reduced to 8 fen, strain, and take while warm. Take twice daily, regardless of the time.
