Northern Glehnia Root 3 qian, Gypsum 3 qian (ground together with Peppermint Buds), Arctium Seed 1.5 qian, Apricot Kernel 3 qian (skin and tip removed), Platycodon Root 0.5 fen, Licorice Root 0.5 fen, Ophiopogon Tuber 3 qian (core removed), Pinellia Rhizome 1 qian, Poria Sclerotium 3 qian, Polygala Root 0.5 fen, Wheat 5 qian.

Instructions for Use
Add 3 zhan of water; first boil the wheat until the volume is reduced by 1 zhan, then add all the herbs and decoct until reduced to 1 zhan; take the decoction.
