Drug Formulation
1 liang of magnetite, 1 jin of honeysuckle, 3 liang of raw licorice, 8 liang of dandelion, 4 liang of angelica root, 8 liang of roasted astragalus, and 5 jin of sesame oil.

Processing
Simmer in sesame oil until the mixture thickens to the point where a drop forms a bead; strain out the residue, add 2 jin of orpiment, and simmer again until the desired consistency is achieved; the ointment is then complete. Next, add 3 qian of mercury oxide, 1 qian of musk, 3 qian of borneol, 1 liang of cinnabar, 5 qian of catechu, 5 qian of Phellodendron bark, 3 qian of frankincense, and 3 qian of myrrh—each ground into a fine powder—and mix them into the ointment.

Instructions for Use
Adjust the dosage according to the severity of the lesion. Generally, there is no need to use these fine ingredients at the onset; however, they must be added after the toxins have been expelled.
