One large handful of Houttuynia cordata (also known as fishy-smelling grass; pound until it becomes a paste).

Processing
First, wash the anus with a solution of magnolia bark and salt; use a plantain leaf to guide the prolapsed rectum back into place, then apply the ointment beneath the buttocks and sit firmly; the rectum will naturally retract.
