Formulas Name : Huanglian-Weiling Decoction

Chinese Name : 黄连胃苓汤

Drug Formulation

Chuanhuanglian (thoroughly decocted in Wu Zhu Yu Decoction and stir-fried) 1 qian, dried Pueraria root 1 qian, red Poria 1 qian, Atractylodes macrocephala 1 qian, Poria cocos 7 fen, Alisma 8 fen, Atractylodes lancea 1 qian, Chuan Houpo (stir-fried with ginger juice) 7 fen, licorice 2 fen, raw and roasted licorice 2 fen each, tangerine peel 5 fen.

Instructions for Use

Boil with 1.5 zhong of water, add 7 lamp wicks and 1 jujube; take while hot, some time after a meal.
