Chuanxiong 1 liang, Danggui 1 liang, Niuxi 1 liang, Puhuang (mixed with wine, stir-fried through paper) 1 liang, Fuling 1 liang, Taoren 1 liang, Shu Di 1 liang (steamed and sun-dried nine times each), Sanling 5 qian, Shaoyao 5 qian, Qianghuo 5 qian,5 qian of Citrus Red, 5 qian of Cornus Fruit, 5 qian of Lingzhi, 7 qian of Wood Apple, 7 qian of Green Tangerine Peel, 4 qian of Galangal, 1 liang of Cyperus, 1 liang of Corydalis, 1 liang of Atractylodes, 1 liang of Motherwort, 3 qian of Frankincense, 3 qian of Myrrh (oil removed), 5 qian of Licorice, 5 qian of Yellow Hibiscus Seeds, 1 liang 5 qian of Eucommia (peel removed), 3 qian of Musk.

Processing
Except for Wood Fragrance, Frankincense, Myrrh, and Musk—which should be ground separately and added later—grind the remainder into a fine powder for use. Additionally, grind 1 jin (net weight) of Rhubarb into a powder; combine with 3 liang of Safflower Wood and 5 bowls of river water, decoct until reduced to 3 bowls, strain to remove the residue and retain the liquid; take 3 sheng of black beans and 6 bowls of water, decoct until the bean liquid is reduced to 3 bowls, then remove the beans;Take 3 liang of safflower (roasted until yellow), add 4 bowls of good wine, and boil for 4–5 boils; strain out the flowers and retain the wine;First, boil the rhubarb powder with 7 bowls of good vinegar until reduced to a dry consistency; then add 5 bowls of vinegar and boil until reduced to a dry consistency; add another 3 bowls of vinegar, along with the black bean-Safflower-wine mixture, and simmer until it reaches a paste-like consistency. Remove from heat; scrape the charred residue from the bottom of the pot into a fine powder, mix it evenly with the decoction, and pound the mixture into pills weighing 5 qian and 5 fen each. Air-dry in the shade.
