4 liang of Tianma (chopped), 4 liang of Achyranthes root (stems removed, chopped), 1 sheng of Tianxianzi (seeds cleaned, stir-fried until golden).

Processing

Place the ingredients in a silk bag and steep in wine for 7 days and 7 nights. Remove the herbs, stir-fry until dry, and grind into a fine powder. Mix the powder with the wine used for steeping to form a paste, then roll into pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
