Chinese Name : 金陵酒丸

Drug Formulation

1 liang of genuine agarwood, 1 liang of soapberry, 2.5 liang of Guangxi frankincense, and 1 liang of areca nut.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder. Soak in Nanjing-style distilled liquor 10 times, then sun-dry; use Beijing-style liquor to form into pills.

Benefits

Abdominal distension.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 qian per dose, or 4 qian for severe cases, and swallow with Nanjing rice wine at the fifth watch. For water-induced distension, the fluid will be expelled through urination; for gas-induced distension, flatulence will be released.
