Saposhnikovia root 5 fen, White peony root (wine-fried) 6 fen, Bupleurum root 6 fen, Cicada slough (cleaned) 8 fen, Eupatorium herb 8 fen, Licorice root 3 fen, Burdock seed (roasted, ground) 6 fen,Honeysuckle 6 fen, Plantain Seed 8 fen, Platycodon Root (fried) 5 fen, Guang Chenpi 5 fen, Chinese Yam 8 fen, Mimong Flower (thoroughly fried) 6 fen, Blue Box Seed 6 fen, Coptis (fried with wine) 3 fen.

Instructions for Use
Add 1 qian of mung beans to the above formula; decoct with 2 zhong of water until reduced to 8 fen; take while hot after meals.
Note
Avoid white radish, Chinese chives, garlic, pepper, dried shrimp, fresh shrimp, beef, mutton, pig’s head, goose, donkey, rooster, all seafood, and any foods that have been pan-fried, stir-fried, roasted, or braised.
