Drug Formulation

6 liang of raw euryale seeds, 3 liang of raw chicken gizzard lining, half a jin of wheat flour, and white sugar to taste.

Processing

First, rinse the water caltrop with water to remove the floating skin, sun-dry it, grind it into a fine powder, and sift it through a sieve; then grind the chicken gizzard lining into a fine powder, place it in a bowl, and soak it in boiling water for about half a day; next, add the water caltrop, white sugar, and white flour, using the original soaking water to mix into a batter, and form into very thin, small cakes, then pan-fry until golden brown.
