Drug Formulation

Hedgehog skin (roasted) 5 qian, genuine elephant skin 5 qian, licorice nodes (mixed with softshell turtle blood, stir-fried until dry) 1 liang,small red beans (sun-dried) 2 liang, red peony root (roasted) 1 liang, pine pollen (baked) 1 liang, roasted turtle shell slices 2 qian, elephant ivory shavings (sun-dried) 2 liang, yellow gelatin (roasted with clam powder) 2 liang, honeysuckle (roasted) 7 qian.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use ground Job’s tears to make a paste, then boil it with water to form a paste for making pills the size of a tung tree seed.
