Drug Formulation

1 fen of dried ginger (roasted until cracked, then coarsely chopped), half a liang of Sichuan pepper (remove the seeds and any closed pods; lightly roast to remove moisture), 1 fen of cinnamon bark,1 liang of Aconite Root (roasted until cracked, peel and navel removed), 1 fen of Terminalia chebula (roasted, using the peel), half a liang of Cardamom (peeled; grind each into a fine powder), 1 he of honey, 100 jujubes (pitted and finely chopped), 3 liang of sheep shank bone marrow, 2 jin of wheat flour, and 3 liang of yellow cow ghee.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix all the medicinal ingredients together to form a filling, divide it into 8 portions, wrap each portion in wheat flour dough, shape as usual into marrow buns, place in the oven, and bake over a low fire until thoroughly cooked through.

Instructions for Use

Consume once daily on an empty stomach. Stop when warmth is felt in the lower back, kidneys, and bladder.
