Drug Formulation

Half a liang of Dì Biǎn Zhú (tender, roasted), 1.5 fen of Gardenia seeds (roasted), 1 fen of Rhubarb, 1 fen of Akebia stem, 1 fen of Plantain seeds (all roasted), 1 fen of Talc, 1 fen of Lycopodium (coarse stems removed), and 1 fen of Licorice (roasted).

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder.

Instructions for Use

Infants: 1 zi per dose; children aged 2–3: half a qian per dose; children aged 4–5: 1 qian per dose. Add 3 cun of Lithospermum root to half a zhan of water, decoct until it boils several times, and administer while warm.
