Drug Formulation

Angelica sinensis (adjust amount according to the patient’s constitution), Ligusticum chuanxiong (adjust amount according to the patient’s constitution), winter mallow seeds 1 qian, plantain seeds 1 qian, cinnamon bark (omit in summer; use 8 fen in winter; 6 fen in spring and autumn), cloves 5 fen, talc 2 qian, safflower 1 qian, evodia 1 qian, raw sesame seeds 2 qian, boxwood tips 7 pieces, and trichosanthes peel 1.5 qian(reduce by half for those with deficiency).
