3 qian of areca nut, 2 qian of Perilla leaf stems, 2 qian of Fangfeng, 2 qian of Qianghuo, 2 qian of Danggui, 2 qian of wood apple, 1.5 qian of frankincense, and 1.5 qian of myrrh.

Instructions for Use
Add ginger and scallions; decoct in water and wine; add a piece of rock sugar the size of a finger, let it dissolve, and drink while hot; drink wine in moderation as needed. Cover the painful area on the foot with a cotton quilt; wait until the medicine takes effect and sweat appears at the site of pain; avoid drafts; recovery is indicated by the presence of sweat.
