Drug Formulation

Cinnamon Bark (Gui Xin): 1 liang; Aconite Root (Fu Zi) (roasted, soaked and quenched in rice vinegar 3–5 times, navel removed, dried over fire): 1 liang; Magnolia Bark (Hou Po) (processed with ginger): 1 liang; Licorice Root (Pang Cao) (roasted): 1 liang; White Atractylodes (Bai Zhu) (stir-fried): 1 liang; Frankincense (Mu Xiang): 1 qian; Frankincense (Liu Xiang) (ground separately): 2 qian.
