Drug Formulation

Chuanxiong 1 liang, Sichuan Angelica (stem removed, soaked in wine) 1 liang, White Peony Root 1 liang, Prepared Rehmannia Root (soaked in wine) 1 liang, Pinellia (soaked in boiling water 7 times, then roasted) 1 liang, Qin Jiao (stem removed) 1 liang, Ginseng (stem removed) 1 liang, Atractylodes Macrocephala (roasted) 1 liang,Dendrobium nobile (soaked in wine) 1 liang, Glycyrrhiza uralensis (roasted) 1 liang, Deer antler gelatin (chopped, stir-fried with wheat bran until pearl-like) 1 liang, Poria cocos (peeled) 1 liang, Astragalus membranaceus (honey-roasted) 1 liang, Cinnamomum cassia (coarse bark removed, not exposed to fire) 2 liang, Bupleurum chinense (root removed) 2 liang.

Instructions for Use

Coarsely crush the ingredients. Take 3 da qian per dose; add 1.5 zhan of water, 5 slices of fresh ginger, 1 jujube, and 1 piece of malt syrup. Decoct until reduced to 7 parts of the original volume, strain, and drink while hot, regardless of the time of day.
