Grind the ingredients into a coarse powder.

Instructions for Use

Take 4 da qian per dose; use 2 zhan of water, decoct until reduced to 1 zhan and 2 fen; strain out the residue; add 1 da qian of high-quality wax-processed tea; decoct again until reduced to 7 fen; drink in one gulp; take at any time, though it is especially beneficial before bedtime.
