Drug Formulation

10 toad-shaped clams (wash, remove the abdomen, soak in wine, and roast until they turn yellow and emit a fragrant aroma, then set aside), 1 fen of Wood Fragrance, half liang of Hu Huanglian, half liang of Huanglian (the nine-segmented variety), 1 fen of Agarwood, 1 fen of Clove, a pinch of Musk,half liang of Mu Jie (burned until all smoke has dissipated), 22 seeds of Croton tiglium (rinsed with water, with the inner membrane and oil removed; wrapped in paper and pressed with a heavy object to remove oil, then ground into a fine powder), 1 qian of dried ginger (burned until its properties are preserved).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with water-soaked steamed buns to form pills the size of radish seeds.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 pill per dose on an empty stomach or before bedtime, washed down with rice water; for children aged 3 and older, take 2–3 pills per dose.
