Consume the kidney and wash it down with the broth. If any kidney remains uneaten, combine it with the residue of the two medicinal ingredients, dry it thoroughly, and grind into a fine powder. Form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed using Chinese yam paste. Take 30–50 pills per dose. It is best to take this formula frequently.
