3 liang of Pharbitis (roasted), half a liang of Fennel (rinsed to remove sand, roasted), half a liang of Dried Tangerine Peel (white pith removed, roasted).

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; mix with ginger paste to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.
