Chinese Name : 苓术丸
Drug Formulation
Atractylodes lancea (soaked in rice wash for 7 days in autumn and winter, or 3 days in spring and summer; remove the skin, slice, dry in an oven, and grind into powder) 3 jin; Poria cocos (remove the black skin and grind into powder) 2 jin; Sichuan pepper (remove the seeds and close the mouths; stir-fry until fragrant, then grind into powder) 1 jin.

Processing
Mix the above ingredients thoroughly, then use a honey-cooked flour paste to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Take 30–50 pills each time, washed down with warm boiled water, three times a day, at any time.
