Green moss (must be scraped from a wall) 5 qian (roasted over fire until dry, then ground into a fine powder), sheep’s hoof shells 5 pairs (from the hind hooves, not the front), stir-fried Atractylodes macrocephala 1 liang, Poria cocos 2 liang, Sophora japonica flowers 5 qian, Angelica dahurica 1 liang.
