Chinese Name : 紫菀煎丸

Drug Formulation

1 liang of Aster tataricus (remove stems and soil; pound and sift into a fine powder), 2 liang of apricot kernels (soak in hot water; remove skins, tips, and double kernels; stir-fry in bran until slightly yellow; pound separately and grind into a paste), 4 liang of white honey, and 2 liang of clarified butter.

Processing

Place all the ingredients in a silver vessel and simmer over low heat until a paste forms.

Take a dose the size of half a plump jujube; let it dissolve in the mouth and swallow the juices, regardless of the time of day.
