Drug Formulation

Cardamom, red beans, galangal, green tangerine peel, aged tangerine peel (pitted), and trichosanthes peel (roasted, pitted and peeled)—1 liang each; licorice (roasted)—half a liang; dried ginger (roasted)—half a liang; wood fragrant—half a liang; realgar—half a liang; dried papaya—1.5 liang; and angelica root—6 qian.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a marble.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 pill per dose; for severe cases, take 3 pills per dose. Chew thoroughly before meals and swallow with wine or ginger soup, up to 3 pills per day. Alternatively, prepare as a powder: mix 3–5 qian with wine; adjust dosage for the elderly and children.
