Drug Formulation
Pinellia (soaked in the natural juice of fresh ginger for two nights, then removed, sliced, and dried on a new tile) 3 liang; Clematis (thoroughly washed to remove roots and soil, dried, and weighed) 3 liang.

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 5–7 qian of soapberry (free of worms), 1 bowl of river water, and 1 bowl of well water. Rub the soapberry to extract its juice, strain out the residue, and boil the liquid in a silver or stone vessel until it becomes a paste. Mix this paste with the powdered herbs to form pills the size of mung beans.

For stagnant phlegm and old fluid retention, accompanied by wheezing, coughing, vomiting, nausea, headaches, and a complete inability to eat.
Instructions for Use
Take 7 pills per dose, gradually increasing to 10 pills. Swallow with ginger soup. Take one dose on an empty stomach, at noon, and before bedtime. Continue treatment for one month; improved appetite serves as a sign of effectiveness.
Note
Avoid tea.
