Instructions for Use
Decoct Fangfeng and scallion whites to extract the medicinal liquid; strain out the residue. First, cook the japonica rice into porridge; when the rice is nearly done, add the medicinal liquid and continue cooking until it becomes a thin porridge, then consume.
