Instructions for Use

Use 1 he of glutinous rice and 4 sheng of water; simmer the bones until tender, then add the sheep kidneys and continue simmering until cooked. Strain the mixture, slice the kidneys, and add scallion whites and five-spice powder; prepare as a soup as usual.
