Prepared Rehmannia root (Shu Di Huang) 4 liang, Raw Rehmannia root (Sheng Di Huang) 4 liang, Chinese yam (both from Huaiqing) 4 liang, Cornus fruit pulp 4 liang, Peony bark 3 liang, Red Poria 3 liang, White Poria 3 liang, Alisma 3 liang, Cuscuta 3 liang, Turtle shell 3 liang, Achyranthes root (from Sichuan) 2 liang,Goji berries (from Ganzhou) 2 liang, Ginseng (from Liaoning) 2 liang, Ophiopogon tuber 2 liang, Asparagus root 2 liang, Anemarrhena rhizome 1 liang, Phellodendron bark 1 liang, Schisandra berries (from Liaoning) 1 liang, Cinnamon bark 1 liang.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Take 50 pills per dose, gradually increasing to 60–70 pills, and swallow with lightly salted water on an empty stomach; or swallow with warm wine.
