Drug Formulation

Agastache leaves 8 liang, Elsholtzia 4 liang, Clove buds 1 liang, Agarwood 1 liang, Angelica dahurica 1 liang, Tremella 1 liang, Sandalwood 2 liang, Guangxi Aquilaria 1 liang 5 qian, Papaya 3 liang, Raw Shenqu 6 liang, Magnolia bark (processed with ginger) 2 liang,Poria (peeled) 4 liang, Red Euphorbia (vinegar-processed) 1 liang, Qianjinzi Powder 1 liang (grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and mix with: Borneol 3 qian, Musk 1 qian 3 fen, Ox Bile 3 fen, Peppermint Ice 1 qian 5 fen, Refined Realgar Powder 5 qian).

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder and mix thoroughly; roll into small pills using cool boiled water.

Instructions for Use

For every jin of pills, mix 2 liang 4 qian of talc powder and 6 qian of cinnabar powder until uniform; coat the mixture with a solution made by dissolving 2 qian of peach gum in water. Take 1 qian at a time; reduce the dose appropriately for children. Take with plain boiled water.

Note

Contraindicated for pregnant women.
