Drug Formulation

10 whole scorpions (approx. 7 fen; thoroughly rinsed, tails removed, and roasted), 1 liang 6 qian gallnuts (roasted and ground), 3 qian yellow waist (water-floated), 1 qian Dangmenzi, 7 pieces of Sichuan softshell turtle shell (approx. 2 qian; roasted),7 centipedes (approx. 1 qian 2 fen, cleaned by removing pincers and legs, roasted), 20 cicada wings (approx. 7 fen, heads and legs removed, baked until crisp), 1 qian toad venom, 1 qian borneol, 2 qian stir-fried silkworm pupae.
