Ginseng (root without the fibrous base) 1 liang, Atractylodes macrocephala (stir-fried with earth) 1 liang, Poria cocos (peeled) 1 liang, Dried Chinese yam 1 liang, Lotus seed 1 liang, Hawthorn (steamed, pitted) 5 qian, Licorice (honey-fried) 5 qian, Dried tangerine peel 5 qian, Alisma 5 qian.
