Drug Formulation

1 liang of Ginger-Processed Coptis, 1 liang 5 qian of Angelica sinensis root, 2.5 liang of White Peony root (roasted), 2.5 liang of Scutellaria baicalensis (roasted), 2.5 liang of Areca nut, 2.5 liang of Trifoliate orange peel, 2 liang of Pinellia tuber, 2 liang of Sanguisorba officinalis (roasted), 5 liang of Charred Hawthorn,2 liang of Sichuan magnolia bark (roasted), 1 liang of wood fragrant, 2 liang of processed cinnabar, 2 liang of erchou (roasted), 5 liang of cowpea (roasted), 2 liang of talc, 2 liang of green tangerine peel, 3 qian of dried ginger, and 2 liang of raw licorice.

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; decoct water with lotus leaves to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
