Drug Formulation

Talc 2 liang (finely ground), Akebia stem 1 liang (chopped), lamp wick 10 bundles (chopped), barley half a liang, wheat half a liang, clarified butter half a jin, scallion whites 2–7 stalks, white bark of mulberry root half a liang (chopped).

Processing

Mix all the herbs with clarified butter, simmer over low heat until the scallion whites turn yellow, strain through cotton to remove the residue, then add the talc powder and simmer for another 5–7 boils. Store in a porcelain container.

Instructions for Use

Take half a spoonful per dose, mixed with warm water before meals.
