Indigo Powder (fine, high-quality, ground) 2 fen, Realgar 2 fen (ground), Borneol a small amount (ground), Bear Bile 1 fen (dissolved in warm water before adding to the mixture), Coptis Chinensis 2 fen,musk 5 fen (ground), toad venom the size of one soapberry, mercury the size of one soapberry, lead oxide, 2 pieces of white Aconite, aloe 1 fen (ground), cinnabar 1 qian (ground), talcum powder 1 fen.

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, then place them all in a mortar and grind thoroughly until uniform. Use the juice from one wild boar’s gallbladder, boiled down, to soak a small amount of steamed buns to form pills the size of a millet grain. Dry them in the sun, store them in a sealed porcelain container, and take as needed.

Instructions for Use
Take 2 pills per dose, each prepared with a decoction as follows: For infants suffering from convulsions or epilepsy, with eyes rolled upward and twitching of the hands and feet—manifesting in various forms—dissolve 1 pill in warm water and drip it into the nose. After the child sneezes 3–5 times, the eyes will naturally return to normal and the twitching will subside. Then, dissolve 2 more pills in peppermint decoction and administer them orally;For chronic malnutrition (wugān), characterized by small limbs, a distended abdomen, furrowing the brows, eating dirt, biting fingernails, sparse hair, and visible blue veins on the abdomen, take 2 pills per dose and swallow with congee broth; for children with alternating chills and fever due to malnutrition, take 2 pills per dose, dissolve in peppermint decoction, and swallow; for children with chronic diarrhea or dysentery, take 2 pills per dose and swallow with rice broth;For children suffering from heart-gnawing worms, take 2 pills each time, washed down with a decoction of Chinese toon seeds; for children with red, ulcerated skin under the nose, oral worms, or mouth sores, grind 2 pills with the child’s own breast milk and apply the paste to the affected area;For children suffering from night blindness (nyctalopia), take one white lamb’s liver, split it open with a bamboo knife, place 2 pills inside the liver, secure it with hemp thread, boil it in rice-washing water until cooked, and have the child eat it on an empty stomach.
