5 qian of Tussilago flower stamens, 2 qian 5 fen of Goose-tube Stone, 2 qian 5 fen of dried tangerine peel.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, divide into 7 doses, and take one dose per day for 7 days.

Instructions for Use

Take one dose per day. At night, while lying on your back, divide one dose into three portions and place them into a bamboo tube. The patient should hold the bamboo tube in their mouth, inhale one portion near the throat, and wash it down with a mouthful of warm water.

Note

Avoid iron utensils and excessive water intake; abstain from all greasy and salty foods for 7 days. After completing the course of treatment, continue to use oil and salt sparingly until half a month has passed, at which point these restrictions may be lifted.
