Drug Formulation

3 liang of stalactite powder, 1 liang of Schisandra berries, half a liang of licorice (lightly roasted until reddish, coarsely chopped), 1 liang of Cistanche (soaked in wine overnight, wrinkled skin scraped off, roasted until dry), 1 liang of mugwort, 3 fen of Polygala (core removed), 1 liang of Ligusticum, 1 liang of white peony root,Astragalus root 1 liang (chopped), Asparagus root 1.5 liang (core removed, baked), Platycodon root 1 liang (root tip removed), Asarum root 0.5 liang, Cypress seed 1 liang, Prepared Rehmannia root 2 liang, Angelica root 1 liang (chopped, lightly roasted),Aconite Root 0.3 fen (roasted until cracked, with skin and pith removed), Purple Quartz 1 liang (finely ground, washed with water), Purple Aster 1 liang (washed to remove stems and soil), Cattail Pollen 0.3 fen, Wild Fennel Seeds 0.3 fen, Magnolia Bark 1 liang (coarse bark removed, coated with ginger juice and roasted until fragrant and cooked through).

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a paulownia seed.
