Benefits
When wind-pathogen invades the brain, or when chronic cold fails to dissipate, a hardened mass forms inside the nose, causing obstruction; the brain’s qi cannot circulate freely, leading to the discharge of cerebrospinal fluid.
Instructions for Use
Take 2 qian per dose; decoct with 7 jujubes and a small amount of licorice, and take after a meal.After 3–4 doses, the hardened mass will expel on its own, the brain qi will circulate freely, and the cerebrospinal fluid discharge will subside. Additionally, pound garlic and pi-bo powder into a paste, form it into a cake, place it on a gauze-lined hot surface, and apply it to the area in front of the fontanelle, heating it thoroughly with an iron; alternatively, instill a mixture of xiangfu and pi-bo powder into the nose.
