50 g fresh ginger, 30 g raw Pinellia, 15 g wild carrot, 5 g spider incense.

Processing
Wash each herb thoroughly, pound them into a paste, and mix with an appropriate amount of flour until smooth.

Instructions for Use
After the patient shaves their head, apply the paste and wrap with a medicated bandage; change the dressing once every 5 days for a total of 5 treatment courses. Concurrently, take the following oral decoction: 3g of red peony root, 3g of Sichuan lovage, 9g of peach kernels, 9g of safflower, 9g of fresh ginger, 6g of red dates, and 6g of scallion whites.
